About These Terms
These are Come Along Travels' own guidelines for travelling with us. They explain how we work together to make every trip smooth and enjoyable. They do not override any Indian law or your statutory rights as a customer — they simply set out what you can expect from us and what we kindly ask of you in return.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we receive your advance payment and your details are verified. Please make sure the names, contact numbers and ID details you share with us are accurate, as these are used for hotel, transport and permit bookings.
Payments
An advance amount is required to confirm your seat. The balance is payable before or during the trip as agreed with our team. We'll share the exact amount and payment methods with you when you enquire. Prices are per person unless mentioned otherwise.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible. Refunds, if any, depend on how far in advance you cancel and the costs already committed on your behalf (hotels, permits, transport). Some bookings may be non-refundable. We'll always try to be fair and help where we can.
Itinerary & Changes
Itineraries are tentative and may change due to weather, road closures, traffic, government restrictions or any unforeseen situation. Any changes are made with the safety and comfort of the group as the top priority.
Your Responsibilities
Please follow the timings shared by your tour coordinator, carry manageable luggage, and inform us in advance about any medical conditions, allergies or dietary needs. Behaviour that disturbs other travellers or is unsafe is not acceptable.
Adventure Activities
Optional activities like water sports, rafting or paragliding are undertaken at your own risk. Come Along Travels is not responsible for any injury or cancellation caused by weather or operational reasons. Please follow all safety instructions.
Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your own belongings during the trip. Please avoid carrying expensive jewellery or unnecessary valuables.
Our Role
We assist with alternative arrangements wherever possible in case of delays caused by flights, trains, weather, strikes or government orders. Any extra expenses arising from such situations are borne by the traveller unless otherwise specified.
Privacy
Your details are used only to plan your trip and to keep in touch with you. We don't share your information with anyone outside what's needed to run your booking.
